Meeting Facilitation
All of CRC’s professionals are extremely experienced meeting facilitators, working with groups as large as 100 and as small as 6. When you feel that your meeting is high stakes enough to warrant the assistance of an objective outside facilitator, our facilitators will help you plan the meeting, scope the purpose, select the ideal attendees, facilitate the interactions during the meeting, prepare a report post meeting and debrief with the key stakeholders as follow-up. These meetings can be team events, strategy meetings, invention sessions, annual sales meetings and the like.
Assessments
It can often be advisable to assess whether training is the right solution prior to making an investment in a training program. CRC has a preferred partner relationship with two of the most reputable and insightful 'assessment' organizations in the marketplace today. One tool developed by Resonance® Strategies can be extremely discerning in understanding the issues around the current engagement level of your employees. CRC has employed this tool in several situations – in one case, the data did point to a training solution, specifically coaching training for those in a management position. In another case, the results from the research pointed toward a change in the reporting structure and CRC functioned as a consultant for this client in advising ways to make this change.
On an individual level, CRC has used the assessment tools from Human Synergistics. We use their Leadership/Impact tool in programs with managers who want to learn how to create a more constructive style within their organization. We use their LSI (Life Styles Inventory) in our Coaching program as a way of understanding how one is ‘hard-wired’ around the act of giving and receiving feedback.
Training Program Design
How do you convert a lot of individual PowerPoint presentations from internal subject matter experts into a real training program? We can help! Drawing on our years of accumulated knowledge about what makes training really effective, we can work with clients in a design capacity helping build training programs that are not only informative but also fun, engaging and ‘sticky’. This service can involve writing materials, designing exercises, coaching subject matter experts, building the structure of the whole program and, in many cases, our clients also engage us to facilitate these programs as well.
Teambuilding
Combining our skill and experience in meeting facilitation with our knowledge of how to improve the functionality of organizational teams, CRC can work with your group to build towards a stronger team. This service can be applied within an intact working team (e.g., the Sales Operations group) and it can be conducted across teams (e.g. Sales Management and Operations Management). CRC draws on a wide body of knowledge about teams and teamwork accumulated over years of study when helping a client build a stronger team.
Speeches
Sometimes the need is to motivate a large group of salespeople or to inspire a group to think differently about their ways of doing things or to provide some thought leadership on a topic relevant to an industry group. We are available to work with you and your group to tailor a talk related to CRC’s body of knowledge that would be suitable to the audience and nature of the conference.
