Following are the steps we take when creating a new sales training program for our clients:
- Our process starts with conducting group and/or individual sales needs assessments. We work with different learning needs assessment programs and services to evaluate whether training would be the proper solution before engaging with you in a customized sales training program.
- We travel on joint sales calls with your sales professionals and set up background interviews and phone conferences with sales managers to learn more about the history and needs of the organization, your sales process, clientele, and the type of products and services offered. This will allow us to create the best type of skill training that is tailored to the current needs of the organization.
- We create role-playing scenarios to be used for the videotaped exercises in the program. Along with group discussions and small group exercises, these videotaped sessions are the core methods that will be used to illustrate and practice the various skills and concepts that will be covered in the training programs.
- CRC delivers business to business sales training programs to those at any level of experience from new hires to seasoned veterans to sales managers. Our trainers are highly skilled facilitative trainers who also have a background in sales.
