Our History
Consultative Resources Corporation (CRC) was founded in 1981. The company has its roots in the world of innovation and creative problem-solving methodologies. Two of our founding partners were consultants at Synectics, Inc. in the 70’s, engaged in training business professionals in the Synectics Creative Problem-solving methodology. Believing that an effective 'consultative' salesperson means being an exceptionally good problem-solver, they started CRC in the early 80’s with this focus. Over the years, our programs have evolved from this beginning, but still remain true to this original premise.
